Retinal Microvascular and Choroidal Changes in Parkinson Disease

To the Editor We read with interest the article by Robbins et al characterizing retinal microvascular and choroidal changes in Parkinson disease (PD). There have been numerous studies on structural retinal changes in PD and its association with nigral dopaminergic loss. However, there are relatively few studies using optical coherence tomography angiography. We would like to point out some important issues in the article by Robbins et al.
