Accurate and detailed research methods are crucial for natural history research of recurrent acute pancreatitis
We have read with great interest the article by Luisa M. Cruz et al [1] concerning natural history of Idiopathic Recurrent Acute Pancreatitis (IRAP) and Recurrent Acute Pancreatitis (RAP) with genetic mutations. We believe that the natural history research of RAP or IRAP is very important, especially for the relationship between IRAP and Chronic Pancreatitis (C P). However, we think that the statistical and research method of this article could be improved.
