SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and variants under investigation in England: Technical briefing 20, PHE (published 6th August 2021)

The latest Variant Technical Briefing includes updated hospitalisation data, showing 1,467 people have been hospitalised with the delta variant since 19 July; 55.1% of these were unvaccinated, while 34.9% had received both doses of the vaccine.
