Does precutting prior to endoscopic piecemeal resection of large colorectal neoplasias reduce local recurrence? A KASID multicenter study

ConclusionPrecutting prior to EPMR did not significantly reduce the local recurrence rate or the number of resected pieces. Histologically complete resection, reducing the number of pieces, and prophylactic APC seem to be important in terms of reducing local recurrence.
