Grandmother who died with a broken neck had been told for three WEEKS to take paracetamol instead of being taken to hospital for X-rays

Ruby Rice, 89, of Norfolk, died after becoming paralysed from the neck down as a result of the fall. It was only after she had suffered the pain for three weeks that she was taken to hospital for X-rays.
