Thirty ‐day hospital readmission rate, reasons, and risk factors after acute inpatient cancer rehabilitation
Conclusion and RelevanceAmong adult patients with cancer discharged to home setting after acute inpatient rehabilitation, the 30-day readmission rate of 21% was higher than that reported for other rehabilitation populations but within the range reported for patients with cancer who did not undergo acute inpatient rehabilitation.
