SAMHSA Releases Tribal Behavioral Health Grants Totaling $7 Million to Provide Support to Native American Communities

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) released 29 Tribal Behavioral Health Grants totaling $7 million to American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities. Each grantee receives up to $250,000 during a five-year period to support the development and implementation of integrated services to prevent suicide and reduce the impact of mental and substance use disorders and trauma.
