Supreme Court rules for Missourians seeking Medicaid expansion

The Missouri Supreme Court on Thursday vacated a state-court ruling saying Gov. Mike Parson's administration acted appropriately in declining to expand Medicaid eligibility, and directed the lower court to rule in favor of plaintiffs who sought to force the government to expand the health program.
