Paraneoplastic pemphigus associated with rapidly progressing endophthalmitis caused by < em > Morganella Morganii < /em > : A case report

CONCLUSION: We describe the first case of endophthalmitis developing secondary to PNP-induced corneal melting and perforation. Anticipating unusual infectious sequelae in the setting of PNP might be warranted to actively detect and successfully manage dry eye disease before devastating complications develop.PMID:34269096 | DOI:10.1177/11206721211033465
