Hemorrhagic hydrocele in the Canal of Nuck: A rare case of endometriosis

Endometriosis is a benign disorder that affects 10-15% of women of reproductive age [1]. Inguinal endometriosis is very rare, with a prevalence of 0.3-0.6% among women with endometriosis [2]. Hydrocele of the canal of Nuck is reported to have a prevalence of 0.74-0.76% in young girls, while cases of adult women with Nuck cyst are even more scarce [3]. Thus, endometriosis associated hydrocele of the canal of Nuck remains an extremely rare entity [4].
