Pulmonary Thromboembolism Complicating Dengue Fever—The Other Side of Dengue!

We report a case of a 39-year-old lady who developed pulmonary thromboembolism during the first week of the illness with successful clinical outcome. The probable mechanisms of thrombosis and the treatment dilemma posed during the management of the patient are discussed.
