Perspectives on ability to work from patients' receiving dialysis and caregivers: analysis of data from the global SONG initiative

CONCLUSIONS: Employment enabled patients to maintain their identity, independence, financial security and mental health. Symptom burden, workplace inflexibility and juggling roles are major challenges.
