Conclusions:
Mini-Descemet stripping–automated endothelial keratoplasty technique can be an alternative approach to avoid poor visual outcomes of tectonic keratoplasty in paracentral perforations. It also offers host tissue preservation in eyes with high risk of rejection for tectonic grafts.
