Duane Retraction Syndrome Type 1

A 5-year-old girl presented with headache for 1  week. Her medical, birth, developmental, and family history were unremarkable. Findings of the physical examination were normal except for incomitant strabismus. On further inquiry, the parents revealed that they had noticed a squint since infancy. Findings of an ophthalmologic examination reveale d limited left eye abduction with an upshoot, globe retraction, and palpebral fissure narrowing on adduction (Figure and Video [available at www.jpeds.com]).
