Modified Z-Palatoplasty for Correction of Acquired Nasopharyngeal Stenosis Following Palatal Surgery: A Case Series

CONCLUSION: The utilized novel procedure appears effective, low cost, and easily applicable, and it does not require implants, special tools, or suture materials.
