Deep learning applications in automatic segmentation and reconstruction in CT-based cervix brachytherapy

CONCLUSIONS: We proposed a deep learning-based reconstruction method to localize Fletcher applicator in three-dimensional CT images. The achieved accuracy and efficiency confirmed our method as clinically attractive.
