Epigallocatechin-3-gallate modulates Tau Post-translational modifications and cytoskeletal network

CONCLUSIONS: We report EGCG, a green tea polyphenol, as a modulator of in vitro methylglyoxal-induced Tau glycation and its impact on reducing advanced glycation end products in neuroblastoma cells.
