Treatment patterns and outcomes in real-world transplant-ineligible patients newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma

In this study, a remarkable proportion of transplant-ineligible patients with MM were older, frontline regimens were highly heterogeneous, and patients at higher risk often received less efficacious combinations. These findings suggest that clinicians have limited objective criteria for therapeutic decisions for this patient group.
