The U.S. Supreme court said Tuesday that it won't hear Johnson &Johnson's appeal over a $2 billion ruling in favor of women who said they developed ovarian cancer from using the company's talc products.

CONCLUSION: Overall, we did not find clear relationships between antihypertensive medication use and ovarian cancer mortality. However, given the limitation of the data, we cannot determine whether the association may differ by type of beta-blockers. Ovarian tissue cryopreservation is the only feasible method for fertility preservation in prepubertal girls that will undergo gonadotoxic chemotherapy.
