Impact of Albendazole on Cytokine and Chemokine Response Profiles in < em > Echinococcus multilocularis < /em > -Inoculated Mice

CONCLUSION: Albendazole administration influenced the balance of immune response and promotes the secretion of proinflammatory factors which is beneficial to parasite clearance.
