Recurrent Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody–Associated Vasculitis Induced by Levamisole-Adulterated Cocaine

We present a case of recurrent levamisole-induced vasculitis initially misdiagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus to highlight this easily misdiagnosed entity and to demonstrate re-exposure leading to recurrent vasculitis with more extensive clinical manifestations.
