Antimuscarinic Cascade Across Individual Cholinesterase Inhibitors in Older Adults with Dementia

ConclusionThis study found that donepezil use is more likely to lead to antimuscarinic cascade than rivastigmine. Future studies are needed to determine the potential consequences of this cascade in dementia.
