Rare case of cap polyposis

Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTThe patient was a 63-year-old male with mucus and bloody stool more than 20 times a day, mixed with a lot of pseudomembrane, symptoms last up to over three months. He got colonoscopy from another hospital at the onset of the disease, during that polyp was found and resected.
