Several Questions regarding AMCAS Course section

I'm currently filling out the course section of the AMCAS application and getting very confused. First, I did a study abroad program in Ecuador. Classes were taught by teachers at Amuata- Spanish School in Cuenca Ecuador, which is not an official college; it's a school specifically created for study abroad programs.
