LAMB2 novel variant c.2885 ‐9 C > A affects RNA splicing in a minigene assay

ConclusionWe demonstrated the impact of a novelLAMB2 intronic variant on RNA splicing using the minigene assay firstly. Our results extend the mutational spectrum ofLAMB2.
