Mantle cell lymphoma simulating inflammatory bowel disease

We report a case of colorectal involvement by a mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) that had been considered before as inflammatory bowel disease. Diagnosis of low-grade MCL can be difficult, and here we highlight the importance of thorough histopathological examination in case of supposed inflammatory bowel disease that does not react to therapy.PMID:33639703
