Over 50s to get second doses sooner over fear Indian variant may be 50% more transmissible

IN A BID to control the spread of the new Indian variant in the UK, over 50s and the most vulnerable will get their second shots of the coronavirus vaccine sooner. PM Boris Johnson revealed how many weeks sooner they can expect to receive the vaccine in a press conference today.
