Effect of vomer position following surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion

ConclusionThe null hypotheses were rejected. The side containing the vomer had less skeletal expansion of the maxilla and nasal cavity but more dental tipping. Dehiscence increased after expansion, but there were no differences between sides.
