Decreasing Unplanned Extubations in the Neonatal ICU

CONCLUSIONS: Development of a quality improvement project by a multidisciplinary taskforce, along with several PDSA cycles including education and staff awareness, reduced the UE rate by 84% in a level 4 NICU.
