Cesarean scar pregnancy: Reproductive outcome after robotic laparoscopic removal with simultaneous repair of the uterine defect

During the last decades, Cesarean delivery rates have increased to over 30% on a global scale, followed by an increase of the incidence of placenta accreta spectrum disorders, i.e. Cesarean scar pregnancies (CSP) [1 –4]. Management is based on clinical presentation; gestational week, serum β-hCG levels, imaging features, and surgeon’s preferences [5].
