Catheter-directed thrombolysis for in situ pulmonary artery thrombosis in children
We present here a baby with hypoplastic left heart syndrome who developed ISPAT after Glenn surgery. The patient underwent catheter-directed thrombolysis, followed by systemic anticoagulation with excellent results.
