Lavender essential oil on postmenopausal women with insomnia: double-blind randomized trial
CONCLUSION: Although no significant differences were observed between groups, our data presented a tendency of improvement in WASO. Moreover, AG participants had enhanced overall sleep pattern, quality and sleep efficiency.
