Periprosthetic early insufficiency fracture after total knee arthroplasty: a retrospective case series

Conclusions: Severe knee deformity, osteoporosis, high BMI, and small size of the femoral condyle were the main risk factors of early periprosthetic insufficiency fracture. Level of Evidence: Level IV.
