NHS launches watchdog to advise on puberty blockers for under-16s

NHS England is creating a watchdog to assess the prescription of puberty blockers for under-16s. The move follows a High Court ruling allowing parents of transgender children to consent to treatment with puberty blockers on their child's behalf without a court's approval.
