Relay Therapeutics, the Cambridge precision medicine company that raced onto the stock market last summer with one of the largest IPOs in the biotech industry, is looking to build out its data science capabilities. The company has acquired ZebiAI Therapeutics, a Chestnut Hill-based startup that uses AI for precision medicine, for $85 million up front in cash and stock, with up to another $85 million in milestone payments.
