Effect of pregabalin on nociceptive thresholds and immune responses in a mouse model of incisional pain

CONCLUSIONS: Incisional pain alters cell immunity of the spleen in BALB/c mice. PGB showed antinocieptive effect on mouse incisional pain and attenuates the activation of NK cells in this painful condition.
