Clinical risk factors and pattern of initial fungal contamination in endoscopic biopsy-derived gastrointestinal cancer organoid culture
CONCLUSIONS: Moderate to thick whitish plaques and food retention are clinical risk factors for initial fungal contamination during biopsy-derived cancer organoid culture.
