Providing patient information leaflets following COVID-19 treatment, SPS

Following treatment for COVID-19 with tocilizumab, sarilumab or steroids, clinicians should provide suitable patient information leaflets at discharge. Forms attached to this page can be used by clinicians with patients to support the discharge process. The materials have been developed in conjunction with Dhivya Subramaniam, NHS England and NHS Improvement.
