Surgical aortic valve replacement in the setting of anomalous circumflex coronary artery

CONCLUSIONS: Clinically apparent myocardial infarction was not identified following SAVR, but echocardiography evidence of myocardial ischemia in the distribution of the ACCA was identified in 16% of patients.
