Next-Generation Sequencing of 487 Esophageal Adenocarcinomas Reveals Independently Prognostic Genomic Driver Alterations and Pathways
CONCLUSIONS: Our study suggests that higher levels of genomic instability are associated with more advanced disease in esophageal adenocarcinoma.
