Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTChronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is predominantly a disease of adults and elderly. CML is uncommon in paediatric age. Priapism as an initial presentation is quite uncommon in CML and is rare in case of CML in paediatric and adolescents. We are presenting a case of CML in adolescent male who presented with priapism of 48 hours duration. Patient was managed in emergency by corporal aspiration and saline-irrigation and was found to have CML during hospital stay. Patient was managed with Imanitib and is under follow-up since last two years.PMID:33797372 | DOI:10.2174/1871529X21666210331142330
