A gender gap in negotiation emerges between boys and girls as early as age eight

(Boston College) In an effort to better understand the origins of the gender gap in negotiation that persists between men and women, a new study by Boston College researchers finds for the first time the gender gap in negotiation emerges in girls as early as age eight.
