Simplifying Access to the Lateral Sphenoid Recess: A Modification of the Transpterygoid Approach

CONCLUSIONS: The MTPA obviates the need for PPF dissection and simplifies access to the lateral sphenoid recess while minimizing postoperative morbidity.
