Support for osteopathic manipulative treatment inclusion in chronic pain management guidelines: a narrative review

CONCLUSIONS: OMT provides an evidence-based management option to reduce pain levels, improve functional status, and decrease medication usage in chronic pain conditions, especially low back pain (LBP).
