Rifampicin ameliorates lipopolysaccharide-induced cognitive and motor impairments via inhibition of the TLR4/MyD88/NF- κB signaling pathway in mice

CONCLUSION: Rifampicin protects against LPS-induced neuroinflammation and attenuates cognitive and motor impairments by inhibiting the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway. Our findings might aid the development of novel therapies to treat progressive neurodegenerative diseases.PMID:33749522 | DOI:10.1080/01616412.2020.1866353
