(Henry Ford Health System) Odontogenic sinusitis is unique from what most people consider sinusitis, and is frequently missed by various types of medical and dental clinicians. It can occur from dental disease or dental procedures, and can spread to the eye, brain, or rest of the body. Prior sinusitis guidelines have not reported how to diagnose or treat the condition.
