Evaluation of Delirium in Critically Ill Patients Prescribed Melatonin or Ramelteon

CONCLUSION AND RELEVANCE: Therapy with melatonin, ramelteon, and no melatonin receptor agonist resulted in similar rates of delirium in a mixed ICU population.
