Risk Factors for Endometrial Carcinoma in Women with Postmenopausal Bleeding
ConclusionsA third of patients with postmenopausal bleeding had a gynecological cancer. Age, frequency of bleeding, diabetes and hypertension, and increased endometrial thickness were independent risk factors for endometrial cancer.
