HHS: Implementation of Executive Order on Access to Affordable Life-Saving Medications; Delay of Effective Date

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking comments on a proposal to further delay the effective date of theDecember 23, 2020, final rule regarding access to insulin and injectable epinephrine for low-income health center patients to July 20, 2021. Comments on the proposed delay are due March 14, 2021.
