Some Seattle teachers and students returning to the classroom March 29
After months of bargaining with Seattle teachers — and confusion over exactly when students would return to the classroom — Seattle Public Schools (SPS) announced Tuesday that the city’s schools will reopen to select students March 29.
That’s the date when Seattle students with special needs and preschool students — and their teachers a nd other staff — will return to classrooms. Parents can still choose to keep their children learning from home, the school district said.
